1. Course Change Procedure
Change requests must be submitted via email (airpretty00@naver.com) or through the customer service center.
Changes are only possible before the course begins or within 7 days after payment.
If desired, you can change to a different course, but only to a course of the same price or a lower-priced course.
2. Conditions for Non-Change
Once the video course has started or the first video has been viewed, course changes are no longer possible.
Some curricula or specific videos may not be subject to changes.
3. Cost of Course Change*
If there is a price difference when changing courses, an additional fee will be charged, and the price difference will be credited as points.
4. Change Processing Time
Change requests will be processed within 5 business days after being received.
Refund Policy
(1) Refund Eligibility
This video course is provided as digital content, and refunds are not available once the content has been viewed or downloaded.
However, if a refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase and before accessing the content, a refund is possible.
Refund requests can be submitted via email (airpretty00@naver.com), and processing may take up to 5 business days.
Partial refunds for unused sections of the course are not allowed.
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with the course or video quality.
Refunds will not be granted for issues related to the student’s system that affect downloading.

Requests made after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

(4) Reasons for Non-Refund
– If the course content has already been viewed or downloaded.
– If the content cannot be accessed due to personal device issues (e.g., network problems, software compatibility).
– If the refund request is made due to a change of mind or personal reasons.
(5) Exceptions for Technical Issues
In the event of server issues that prevent access to the content, a refund or alternative solutions will be provided.
(6) Agreement to Refund Terms
By proceeding with payment, it is considered that you have agreed to the refund policy.
